Trent Perry attended Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles, where he distinguished himself as a premier basketball talent. As a senior in the 2023โ€“2024 season, he averaged 18.6 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 5.9 assists per game, leading his team to consecutive CIF State Open Division championships in 2023 and 2024. His outstanding performance earned him the 2024 Gatorade California Boys Basketball Player of the Year award, McDonald's All-American honors, and recognition as California's Mr. Basketball. โ€‹

College Career:

Perry committed to UCLA, joining the Bruins for the 2024โ€“2025 season. As a freshman, he is expected to contribute significantly to the team's backcourt, bringing his versatility and leadership to the collegiate level. โ€‹

Professional Career:

Trent Perry is currently a freshman at UCLA and has not yet embarked on a professional basketball career.โ€‹

Personal Background:

Born in West Covina, California, Trent Perry is the son of Troy Perry II and Jessica Oliva. He has one sister, Tahlia. His older cousin, Sean Marshall, was a four-year standout basketball player at Boston College (2004โ€“2007) and enjoyed a successful professional basketball career overseas from 2007 through 2020.
