TyTy Washington Jr. attended AZ Compass Prep in Chandler, Arizona, emerging as a five-star recruit and one of the top point guards in the nation. Known for his outstanding scoring ability and floor vision, he was named a McDonald's All-American in 2021. Washington also competed prominently for Vegas Elite on the Nike EYBL circuit, further solidifying his status as a top recruit.

College Career:

University of Kentucky (2021–2022):
Washington made an immediate impact for the Wildcats, averaging 12.5 points, 3.9 assists, and 3.5 rebounds per game. He notably broke John Wall's single-game assist record at Kentucky, recording 17 assists in a win over Georgia. His impressive freshman season earned him Second-Team All-SEC and SEC All-Freshman honors.

Professional Career:

Houston Rockets (2022–2023):
Selected with the 29th overall pick in the first round of the 2022 NBA Draft, Washington appeared in 31 games for the Rockets, averaging 4.7 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game.

Oklahoma City Thunder (2023–Present):
Washington was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2023, signing a two-way contract and actively contributing to both the Thunder and their G League affiliate, further developing his game and professional potential.
