High School Career:

Zaon Collins established himself as one of Nevada’s elite basketball talents during his time at Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas. Known for his exceptional quickness, court vision, and leadership, Collins led the Gaels to multiple state championships and was recognized as one of the top prospects in his class nationwide. His dynamic point guard play attracted significant attention from major college programs.

College Career:

After initially committing to UNLV, Collins later enrolled at Salt Lake Community College for the 2023–2024 season. There, he was instrumental as a facilitator and defensive anchor, averaging 6.0 points, 4.6 assists, and 4.0 rebounds per game, while leading the team in assists and steals. In 2024, Collins transferred to Fresno State University, where he continues his collegiate career, bringing his athleticism and playmaking abilities to the Bulldogs.
