The Player Development Program (PDP) is designed for athletes in Elementary (4th-6th grade), Middle School (6th-8th grade), and High School (9th grade and older). This program focuses on individual skill development, competitive team concepts, and preparing players for higher levels of play. PDP teams participate in locally competitive leagues but do not travel, making it ideal for beginner to intermediate-level athletes.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
- Two 75-minute training sessions per week (skills training + team practice).
- Locally competitive leagues (Las Vegas League of Champions).
- Equal playing time to ensure growth and improvement.
Focus Areas:
Refining individual skills.
Learning competitive team concepts, offenses, and defenses.
Exploring different positions and team roles.
Transitioning into new roles in a supportive environment.

LOCATION
All Bitty Ball and Junior Program activities are held at the Henrich YMCA. This state-of-the-art facility provides the perfect environment for young athletes to learn and grow.

FEES
We offer competitive pricing to ensure every athlete has access to high-quality training and development. Here’s a breakdown of the costs for the PDP:
Training Fee: $140/month
Includes two 75-minute training sessions per week
YMCA Membership/Insurance Fee:Â $15
Provides FULL MEMBERSHIP access to all Southern Nevada YMCA locations
Las Vegas League of Champions Fee: $95/session
Includes 8 games (2 games per session + championship)
Uniform Fee: $40 one-time fee
Vegas Elite reversible jersey
- Total Monthly Cost: $155/month
- League Fee: $95/session (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer)
Club Fees are due on the 1st of each month.
